Are you certified?

Yes, I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science & Human Performance from McMurry University, a Certified Strength Coach certification through the National Council of Strength and Fitness, Precision Nutrition Level 1, CPR and AED certified.

Are you insured? 

Yes, I am fully insured.

What Services are offered?

Personal training, small group training and corporate wellness programs.


Do you offer group training?

Yes community fitness and corporate training is offered. 

How do I schedule a session? 

You can schedule a session here on the website or reach out on the web form. 

What if I need to cancel? 

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to start. You will be charged for the full cost of the session if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours prior notice or if you failed to show up for your session. 

Do I need to sign a waiver prior to training?

Yes, all clients must sign a waiver before training. You can access, the waiver here.

How long are training sessions? 

Personal training and small group sessions are 55 mins long. Corporate wellness programs are customizable. 


Can I purchase single sessions or package?

Yes, you can purchase single sessions. However, it’s beneficial to purchase a package because you’ll save money and it comes with a complete program tailored for you.
